Overall concept
The training of the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu is open to everyone regardless of cultural background, belief, age or gender. A common basis is, however, the requirements to be met by any member of the Bujinkan Dojo Duesseldorf:
Anyone who wants to join the Bujinkan should have the severe desire to enhance themselves personally. Likewise, they should be willing to train regularly and to learn complex techniques. A positive attitude, independence, health and curiosity are prerequisites for a successful training.
The members demonstrate their respect for the traditions of the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu through punctuality, spruceness and friendliness towards their fellow students. Each student follows the instructions of the teacher and pays attention to safety during training. Advanced students are helpful to beginners.
As humans, we expect tolerance and openness towards other cultures, religions and values from our students. Reliability, honesty, compassion and courage are qualities that should be exemplified even outside the dojo. Any action that could harm the reputation of the Bujinkan and the Bujinkan Dojo Duesseldorf is to be avoided.
Each member of the Bujinkan should be prepared to honour, preserve and continue the traditions.
