As a Shihan Sensei Niko does not only take care of his German masters students. Among other dojos all around the world, he is now also responsible for seven schools in Greece.

On Sunday the 28.11.2010 Christian Koch passed the Sakki test (5th Dan), in Soke´s Hombu dojo in Japan, by Niko Sensei at first go.

Grand Master Masaaki Hatsumi grants the Bujinkan Gold Medal to Shihan Nikolaos Stefanidis.

On the last of one his regular trips to Japan Niko Sensei was as usual accompanied by a number of students. During the trip, which proved to be an all round success, participants took the opportunity to train under the guidance of the Grand Master and other Japanese masters. Many new techniques have been learned and are now being passed on to those back home. In addition to the Bujinkan training there were many opportunities to experience the Japanese culture which made this trip an unforgettable experience for all.

The highlight of the visit, however, was the award of the Bujinkan Gold Medal to Niko Stefanidis. The Grand Master grants this rare award for outstanding achievements only to his highest graduated Shihan for outstanding achievements.
Students and trainers of the Bujinkan Dojo Duesseldorf congratulate Niko for earning this extraordinary honour.

Shihan Niko Stefanidis is currently in Japan to train with Soke Hatsumi. During his absence the training in Duesseldorf will continue without any adjournment. The training sessions in this period are conducted by his assistants and master students. The next training with Niko will take place on 15/03/10, where he will also report on news from Japan.
