For over 20 years in Düsseldorf - the Bujinkan Dojo under the direction of Shihan Nikolaos Stefanidis

After Niko Stefanidis studied the teachings of the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu in Japan under the guidance of Grand Master Masaaki Hatsumi and several other Shihan, he received the second Dan in 1987 from the Grand Master himself. Additionally, Hatsumi awarded him the title of a Shidoshi Ho and Niko returned to his hometown Düsseldorf with the order to teach Bujinkan. Without a dojo he first used a park in Düsseldorf for training. Here he attracted the attention of his first students who asked to be taught by him. Soon after, Niko started his own dojo where he taught a steadily growing group.

In the year 2000 the Bujinkan Dojo Duesseldorf moved to its present premises in the Münsterstraße.
