Self defence for women & girls
The effectiveness of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu is based on speed, technique and creativity, making it a particularly well suited form of self defence for the supposedly weaker sex. Therefore, the first important lesson for women is to acknowledge the fact that they are not the weaker sex. This is revealed in mixed training. Those who have experienced our Kunoichis (so called female ninja) in action, will immediately understand why they receive the highest respect even among their male training partners. The mental development is one of the key aspects of martial arts additionally to the studies of the different techniques. The students overcome their inhibitions, strengthen their self-confidence and therefore surcease being or feeling as a victim. In addition to the studying of different techniques, mental development is one of the key (or most essential) aspects of martial arts. By overcoming their inhibitions and strengthening their self confidence the students no longer accept or feel the role of the victim.
