Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu is the martial art based on the traditions of nine schools by grandmaster Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi. He inherited the title Grand Master of all nine schools from his teacher Toshitsugu Takamatsu. Since it is hardly possible to learn all nine schools, Hatsumi decided to teach them as a unit. In honour of his teacher Takamatsu he called the school Bujinkan - Temple of the divine warrior.

Today the Bujinkan Budo is a vibrant combination of tradition and modernity. The immensity of this system calls for a continuous development of its members - in training as well as in daily life.
